	Powderhorn Art Fair - 34th Annual Minneapolis, MN - Powderhorn Park Show Dates: 8/02/2025 to 8/03/2025 www.powderhornartfair.com Amazing artists like you will help us showcase a wide selection of fine arts and crafts, which will result in sales from art enthusiasts who attend. The 34th Annual Powderhorn Art Fair (PAF) is a Fine Arts and Fine Crafts show held in the upper midwest. Set in the 66-acre Powderhorn Park, 180 artists will circle around the tree-lined Powderhorn Lake. This Art Fair is a collaboration between the Powderhorn Neighborhood Association (PPNA) and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB). Proceeds from the Powderhorn Art Fair go towards programs that help strengthen the community. The Powderhorn Art Fair attracts artists from more than twenty states and 200 cities making it a local and regional favorite. The fair’s success comes from the long-standing collaboration between PPNA & MPRB.
	Bigfork Festival of the Arts - 47th Annual Bigfork, MT - Downtown Bigfork Show Dates: 8/02/2025 to 8/03/2025 bigfork.org/annual-events/bigfork-festival-of-the-arts/ Celebrating its 44th year, the annual Bigfork Festival is a favorite among artists and visitors alike. Our well attended festival fills the main street of town with a a fine selection of arts, crafts, food, music and other entertainment on both Saturday and Sunday from 9:00-4:30. We are one of the oldest art festivals in Montana and the established traditions of quality and hospitality make it one of the most popular festivals in the northwest. The festival has grown to its current size because of the dedicated work of a core group of volunteers and a large contigent of community members that volunteer for work details during the festival weekend. It takes more that 50 volunteers helping with tasks such as traffic control, booth sitting, set up and take down, publicity and judging to make the festival run smoohtly. Currently there are more than 150 booths representing a wide variety of art and crafts by nationally recognized artist and craftsmen. Festival attendance is estimated to be more than 6,000 visitors.

	Art on the Greene - August Days Banner Elk, NC - Banner Elk School Show Dates: 8/02/2025 to 8/03/2025 www.bannerelk.com/members/art-on-the-greene/ Memorial Day weekend, July Fourth weekend, Early August weekend, Labor Day weekend May 24-25, July 5-6, Aug. 2-3 & Aug. 30-31, 2025 Four times each summer, the green at the Historic Banner Elk School comes to life with Art on the Greene, featuring quality, hand-made arts and crafts from select local and regional artisans. The shows occur Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, an early August weekend and Labor Day weekend. Festivities typically include food vendors and other entertainment. Art on the Greene takes place in the heart of the walkabout village of Banner Elk, which allows patrons to make a day of it by visiting shops and boutiques in town and selecting from an impressive list of restaurants in the “culinary hot spot of the High Country.” Craft vendors represent a variety of media, such as metal, glass, ceramics, wood, watercolor, acrylics and oil. Attendees can find everything from hand-crafted furniture to a one-of-a-kind piece of art made in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Proceeds from the shows are used for restoration of the historic school, built in 1939 as a Works Progress Administration (WPA) project. The school is a showplace for the arts in downtown Banner Elk. It is home to the BE (Banner Elk) Artists Gallery, Ensemble Stage professional theater, a community book exchange and more. “Art on the Greene is geared toward artists who are involved in any medium in the Appalachian tradition of hand crafters,” says show director Nancy Owen. “We have metal artists, glass artists, potters, and high-quality jewelry from all types of makers. We have wood workers of all varieties from furniture to home decor wood items, as well as painters in a variety of mediums – watercolor, acrylic and oil.” Art on the Greene has no admission fee. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Special lodging packages are available that include two tickets to nearby Grandfather Mountain, one of the top attractions in the NC mountains. 	Art on the Coast Festival Brookings, OR - Port Brookings Harbor Show Dates: 8/02/2025 to 8/03/2025 www.orcca.us Port of Brookings Harbor in Oregon on August 2-3, 2025. Event hours Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 10-4. Artists, kids craft booths, musicians, food and drink booths. Art on the Coast Festival is a local volunteer effort to support the artistic community. Held at the Port of Brookings Harbor, the Festival offers vendors easy parking and offloading, level spaces and ample opportunity for great sales. The Port contains restaurants, motels, RV parks, restrooms and great access to Highway 101 and is always a favorite tourist spot. Art on the Coast is a quasi-juried show with Artists being able to submit their application without photos if they have a website or social media page (Facebook, Etsy, Twitter etc.) with their current work or have participated in a local show or gallery in the last 3 years. Artists will be notified if their entries are selected no later than May 1, 2025.

The art festival coincides with the Traverse City Film Festival which draws an international crowd. A group of knowledgeable jurors select the exhibiting artists. A committee of volunteers oversees the distribution of funds generated by the event. Thousands of dollars are contributed each year to local arts-related education projects, including music and dance performances, artist-in-residence programs and scholarships for local art students. Company History Northcoast Promotions, Inc. began working with organizations in the Greater Cleveland area in 2004 to help organize their art shows, outdoor festivals and local craft shows. That first year, we helped organize six shows. In 2009, we had 20 individual events, with the Friday with the Artist series running every Friday May-October that year at Tower City. This brought our events to 44 shows that year. In 2010, when counting our weekly events individually, we have grown to 95 events for the year! We have other events still pending and continue to grow. Our events vary from one day shows to week long events. To participate in our shows as an exhibitor, fees range from $20.00 to $300.00, depending upon the show. For our event patrons, most of our events are free and open to the public. Sometimes events hosted by another organization will have admittance fees attached. Please inquire if you have any questions. Visitors to our shows should feel free to contact us for a listing of participants for a particular show ahead of time, or if you are looking for an exhibitor from one of our past shows, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to pass your contact information along to the exhibitor directly. For our exhibitors, we will be available to answer any questions you may have before an event. We will send you the agreement, confirmations, maps, flyers etc. On the day(s) of the event, our trained staff is on hand from set up through tear down to assist you. Some of our craft shows are handmade only, others are open to home party consultants. For our art shows, the concepts and execution must be original work, no kits.
