PROBLEM LOGGING IN TO WHERE THE SHOWS ARE!! - I'VE PAID MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT IT SAYS I NEED TO PAY AGAIN... OR I'M JUST NOT SEEING ALL THE INFORMATION!
If you're logging on to the subscriber portion of our website and the system is telling you that you need to subscribe to the PREMIUM EDITION or if all the fields are not showing, it means that although YOUR computer thinks you're logged on... our server thinks you aren't fully logged on.
You may find this doesn't happen immediately... but after you've logged in and logged off a few times it does happen. The issue has to do with the caching on your computer and the storage of cookies. These make the internet seem to run faster... but it can also cause some problems.
To solve this problem you need to log all the way out and then log all the way back in again.
First go to the login page...
This should take you to the Profile page:
If it shows you are logged in, then log out at the upper left. If you aren't logged in, then log in and log out again
This will take you back to the home page again.
Click on the FASTSEARCH to log back in again. This time you should go to the log in page
Go ahead and log in
Once you've done that you'll be back to the profile page
Scroll down to Active Resources and click on the FASTSEARCH resource
This should take you to the subscriber command center
Click on SEARCH ALL SHOWS and everything should work normally
It should look like this... if some of the boxes are grayed out or say PREMIUM ONLY then you'll need to do one more step
Look near the address bar and find the symbol that looks like a lock and click on it
When you click, the dropdown should say "Clear Cookies & Data For This Site"
Click "remove" and then the site should function correctly
