	Fairborn Sweet Corn Festival - 43rd Annual Fairborn, OH - Community Park Show Dates: 8/16/2025 to 8/17/2025 www.fairbornsweetcornfestival.org The 43rd Annual Fairborn Sweet Corn Festival will be held at Community Park, 691 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, Ohio. This is a family-oriented event. There will be approximately 130 handmade arts and crafts booths and food vendors. You can enjoy the favorites such as steamed cooked sweet corn, BBQ chicken, pork chop sandwiches, a variety of other offerings and fresh cut watermelon. There will be art and crafts for everyone including candles, wood items, jewelry, quilts, clothing, honey and salsa. There will be community service information booths as well. All day both days, there are activities for children such as pony rides and train rides. A corn eating contest is also planned with the City of Fairborn vs Wright Patterson AFB on Saturday at 1PM at the Information tent! There will be free entertainment both days in the Festival Music Pavilion area. Parking and admission are also free.
	Perrysburg Hearts the Arts - 2nd Annual Perrysburg, OH - Historic Downtown Show Dates: 8/16/2025 to 8/17/2025 www.theguild.org/fair/perrysburgheartsthearts/ In 2024 The Guild partnered with Visit Perrysburg and brought Perrysburg Hearts the Arts to Perrysburg’s Historic Downtown. The inaugural event was a smashing success, bringing the community out to support the artists and we are excited to return in 2025! This fine art fair features jury-selected artists and artisans including jewelry, ceramics, painting, glass, photography, fiber and more. The event is located near convenient parking and wonderful restaurants and shops. In addition to spectacular artists the event will include live music, food trucks, kids activities, music, and will be free to the public. Parking is free for artists. Artists can apply to participate now through March 10, 2025 on Zapplication.org. 	Mt. Gretna Outdoor Art Show - 51st Annual Mt. Gretna, PA - Park & Streets Show Dates: 8/16/2025 to 8/17/2025 www.mtgretnaarts.com The 51st annual show will be held "Under the Trees of Old Chautauqua" on August 16 & 17, 2025. Art Show is the iconic summer event for the Pennsylvania Chautauqua. Art Show serves as a community fundraiser, on the third full weekend in August. It features 200 fine art and craft exhibitors, as well as an “Emerging Artists” section. The Art Show features a gourmet food court with outstanding local restaurants. Snitz Creek Brewery will offer craft beer and wine in the Hall of Philosophy during the show. Northcoast Promotions, Inc. specializes in organizing art shows, craft fairs & outdoor events. We work with for-profit and non-profit organizations, and host our own shows as well. The Vision Northcoast Promotions, Inc. (NPI) was created to meet specific needs for both the organization hosting an event, and the exhibitor. Years of experience allows NPI to create a seamless, stress-free event by ensuring consistency in all facets of our shows for everyone involved. NPI takes the pressure off host organization staff and volunteers by recruiting qualified exhibitors. We work with both host organizations and exhibitors to manage agreements, confirmations and relevant, timely advertising on a per show basis. We provide design of promotional material such as flyers, signs, postcards and banners, and also provide coordination of social media. We collaborate with our exhibitors and the host organization to design appropriate set-up for their venue, supervise the organization’s volunteers as needed, and act as liaison between the organization and the exhibitor. We saw the need, and we addressed it with a comprehensive range of services. The Company Northcoast Promotions, Inc. is staffed by professionals who are devoted to answering your questions and troubleshooting problems that may arise with an event. We will consult with you to determine your needs and to configure solutions that are specifically tailored for your challenges. We’ve expanded our business to include this website and various social media so that our customers can enjoy convenient access to information, new events and ideas, as well as a place to network with others who have similar interests. Company History Northcoast Promotions, Inc. began working with organizations in the Greater Cleveland area in 2004 to help organize their art shows, outdoor festivals and local craft shows. That first year, we helped organize six shows. In 2009, we had 20 individual events, with the Friday with the Artist series running every Friday May-October that year at Tower City. This brought our events to 44 shows that year. In 2010, when counting our weekly events individually, we have grown to 95 events for the year! We have other events still pending and continue to grow. Our events vary from one day shows to week long events. To participate in our shows as an exhibitor, fees range from $20.00 to $300.00, depending upon the show. For our event patrons, most of our events are free and open to the public. Sometimes events hosted by another organization will have admittance fees attached. Please inquire if you have any questions. Visitors to our shows should feel free to contact us for a listing of participants for a particular show ahead of time, or if you are looking for an exhibitor from one of our past shows, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to pass your contact information along to the exhibitor directly. For our exhibitors, we will be available to answer any questions you may have before an event. We will send you the agreement, confirmations, maps, flyers etc. On the day(s) of the event, our trained staff is on hand from set up through tear down to assist you. Some of our craft shows are handmade only, others are open to home party consultants. For our art shows, the concepts and execution must be original work, no kits. Exhibitors, please be sure to read the information about each show carefully to be sure you are applying to the show that fits your talents.
