The acclaimed Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival offers the best in visual and live performing arts, traditional and fine crafts, cultural heritage activities, humanities, and exciting ethnic foods, providing something for everyone’s tastes and keeping people coming back year after year.

An annual summer celebration, the free Festival takes place at Twin Lakes Park near Greensburg, July 2 through July 5, 2015. The Festival is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Annual attendance is estimated at over 150,000.

The largest event of any kind in Westmoreland County, the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival’s patrons come from all over Western Pennsylvania to shop, eat, and view hundreds of works of art while listening to music in a beautiful natural setting. With a great entertainment lineup and some large-scale interactive art projects in the works, our crowds are sure to be larger than ever!

The mission of the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival is to present exceptional visual arts, traditional crafts, educational activities and live performing artists to enlighten, entertain and enrich the community, while preserving and demonstrating Pennsylvania’s historical and living cultural heritage.
