Tables, canopies, etc. are the responsibility of the vendor. Electricity is NOT available. All booth spaces will be located along or near the Riverwalk; a walkway built on an old railroad bed. Booth space numbers will be given out upon arrival. Please note any considerations you will need. Because there are trees in the area, if you have a tent, please list it on the "special considerations" line on the application. See the Festival Map in Schedule of Events for the layout of the Arts & Crafts area. The Arts & Crafts Area will include arts, crafts and antiques only. Commercial vendor booths will be located together. Any booth containing a mixture of arts & crafts and commercial items will be located in the commercial area. The following items CAN NOT be sold in these booths: Food, Drinks, Toy Guns and Knives. A picture and complete description of your items, even if you are a returning vendor, is required. Incomplete applications without pictures will be rejected. No exceptions! Remember, this is a family oriented festival and the Steering Committee reserves the right to reject any item offered for sale. Any vendor attempting to sell unapproved items will be required to remove the items or to leave. Vendors wishing to sell items not listed on the application must have them approved by the Arts & Crafts Chairperson. All decisions of the Chairperson are final. 	Musical Echoes Native American Flute & Art Festival Ft. Walton Beach, FL - The Landing Show Dates: 4/25/2025 to 4/27/2025 www.musicalechoes.org Musical Echoes invites artists and craftsmen who specialize in Native Americana to participate in a Native American Cultural Event to be held at The Landing in Downtown Ft. Walton Beach, FL. The location is on Brooks Street, south of Hwy 98 across the street from The Indian Temple Mound Museum. This is a juried event. No application will be approved without the submission of photographs of the work and booth. These photographs must accompany the registration application. To ensure the highest quality of artists/craftsmen in this festival, we will be limiting the total number of vendors to 35 and the following requirements will be strictly enforced. All booths will be juried by the Vendor Committee during the festival to insure compliance with the rules set forth in this document. Any infractions noted will be corrected on the spot. Those who fail to comply will be asked to leave the festival grounds immediately. All arts and crafts sold and displayed must be produced by the artist himself or his authorized representative. Although artists/craftsmen themselves do not have to be Native American, all arts and crafts must be handmade and of traditional Native American style. We are looking for artists and craftsmen, not resellers. Commercially purchased supplies used in the creation of your art/craft are acceptable, but no resale of just the supplies will be allowed. No items made outside of the North or South American continents will be allowed. We encourage demonstration of skills whenever possible. Each artist/craftsman must have his own booth. There will be no exceptions. There will be no walk-on artists/merchants permitted. Set-up time starts at 9am on Thursday. Booths should be ready for business at 10am Friday (or before). All vehicles must be off the festival grounds by 9am Friday. A limited space parking area will be provided. The Show hours are: Friday 10am - 9pm Saturday 10am - 9pm Sunday 11am - 3pm Please do not pack before 3pm Sunday. No flute playing or other loud noises will be allowed during scheduled concert performances. Each artist/craftsman must supply own tables, chairs, packing materials, lighting fixtures, backdrops, etc. (We can provide you with information about renting tables, tents and chairs locally) Booths must be neat and orderly throughout the Festival. Artists/merchants are responsible for collection and disposing of their own trash. Dumpsters will be provided. Three booths sizes will be offered this year: 10', 15' and 20'. Maximum dimension for any booth will not exceed 20'. Fee will be based on largest dimension (i.e. a 10x20 or a 15x20 would pay for the 20' fee). Each craftsman will be asked to donate an item of $50 or more to our raffle/auction. All artists and craftsmen who have booths are invited to enter the Arts Competition.
