The annual Bradford County Strawberry Festival will take place on March 29 & 30, 2025 and as always the show promises to be one of the best, most well attended northern Florida shows of the season! And as important as good attendance may be... it's also worth knowing that the committee in charge makes a lot of additional effort in the careful selection of exhibitors. As a result, you'll find a really nice balance of artists, craftsmen and other exhibitors without too much of any one type of work.

The community also looks forward to not only attending the show... but to supporting it by purchasing from exhibitors all day long. Most exhibitors who display return year after year because sales are predictably great every year.

BOOTH INFORMATION

 

Booth Spaces are 10 feet deep. Booths requiring more space than 10 feet deep will be handled on an individual basis.

Booth widths must include open doors, trailer tongues, gates, tables, steps, etc. If you exceed the standard 10 feet in width, you must advance to the next 10 foot increment.

  • 10 by 10 $180.00 includes tax
  • 10 by 20 $300.00 includes tax
  • 10 by 30 $400.00 includes tax
  • 10 by 40 $550.00 includes tax
  • 20 by 20 $550.00 includes tax
  • 20 by 30 $650.00 includes tax
  • Water and Electric $35.00 (includes tax)

Special information for food vendors...

Food Vendors ... considering your space requirements, include trailer doors opened to the tip of the tongue, not just the length of your trailer. Detached grills will also need to be considered additional when purchasing space. Spaces will be measured in 10-foot increments. If your display exceeds 10 feet, you must move up to 20 feet, even if it is just by one(1) foot.

We have reached maximum capacity and are no longer accepting applications for the following vendor types:

  • Lemonade Vendors
  • Kettle Corn Vendors

If we receive an application for any of the above vendor types, we will return it as well as any monies received. Thank you.
